Article categories and families
Articles are all the items a PTO wants to sell (travel products, carriers...). To make this large collection of articles more manageable, they are divided into article categories and article families:

Article category |
An article category groups all articles of the same type, on a very high level. You can, for example, use a category for all travel products and a category for all carriers. |

Article family |
Each article category contains several article families. These families group similar articles, i.e. articles that behave similarly and therefore need a similar configuration. You can, for example, use a family for all season passes and a family for all day passes. |
